Some of the items we’ll be discussing are:
* The relationship between “you and your body” – self talk.
* Reasons why we eat certain foods.
* Classifications of foods and what they mean: real vs fake, organic vs not, processed vs whole.
* What does a perfect day of eating look like?
* Balance – everything in moderation.
* What type of barriers are in the way of your change?
* Acceptance and visions.
* Feelings around food and your body.

What exactly is this class?
It’s a high energy, low impact exercise class that combines barre work, light weights and continuous motions. The class includes toning and resistance exercises that will sculpt your muscles, burn fat and elongate the appearance of your body.

We offer a beginner and advanced version of this cardio infused class!
The beginner class will allow for more water breaks during this power hour.
